Welcome to our main source of information regarding healthy activities and ideas that you can use throughout the remainder of this term. It is recommended that you get at least 40-45 minutes of activity PER DAY.

Activities: Here are some activities and ideas that you can use throughout the remainder of this term. 1) Going for walks 2) Going for a jog / run 3) As weather permits, riding your scooter / skateboard / bicycle 4) More active workout routine - Need to burn some energy inside of the house?
